Methods and apparatus are disclose for auto-steer-ing of an auto-guided vehicle. A sensor (110) coupled to a steer-ing shaft (112) detects when an operator requests control of the vehicle. The sensor. then transmits information indicative of the request to one or more controllers (104,116) of an auto-guidance system, which initiates a shutdown of auto-steering functions. In this way, the system quickly reverts to manual steering in an auto-matically guided and steered vehicle.
La présente invention concerne des procédés et un appareil permettant la direction automatique d'un véhicule autoguidé. Un capteur (110) couplé à un arbre de direction (112) détecte lorsqu'un opérateur demande la commande du véhicule.
