A method of use provides an extremely efficient manner of ordering a radio program occurring at approximately the time presented, minimizing the need to remember any details. The method is embodied in a range of tactile and voice controls which people in motion need to have. Security options include voice signatures, button sequences and fingerprint identification. User feedback is embodied in both audio and visual display formats. A method of controlling a radio is claimed which provides for placing an order, querying the ordering system for additional information, initilizing a user's identifying signature, initializing a session by identifying a user, if the user is not properly identified, blocking access to ordering, and in certain embodiments, calling the police. A radio device is claimed supporting an IF signal source containing essential information on the radio program, an embedded controller, user interface as well as a radio transceiver by which the ordering transaction is carried out.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'utilisation permettant de commander, très efficacement, un programme se produisant approximativement à l'heure prévue, réduisant ainsi le besoin de se rappeler du moindre détail. Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, ce procédé concerne une gamme de commande vocales et tactiles dont les personnes qui se déplacent ont besoin. Certaines options de sécurité comprennent aussi des signatures vocales, des séquences de bouton et des identifications par empreintes digitales. La rétroaction à l'utilisateur se fait à la fois par des formats d'affichage audios et visuels. L'invention concerne également un procédé de contrôle d'une radio dans lequel, pour émettre une commande, il faut demander au système de commande des informations supplémentaires, lancer une signature d'identification d'un utilisateur, débuter une session par l'identification d'un utilisateur et si l'utilisateur n'est pas correctement identifié, alors l'accès à la commande sera bloqué, et d'après certains modes de réalisation, la police pourra également être appelée. Un appareil radio présente une source de signal à fréquence intermédiaire contenant des informations essentielles sur le programme radio, un contrôleur intégré, une interface utilisateur ainsi qu'un émetteur-récepteur radio qui sert à effectuer la commande.
