The present invention for providing a sensory effect to a user, where the user is interacting with a video game, in response to a force feedback signal produced following a video game force feedback signal producing event, includes both means for communicating a force feedback signal, generated by the video game, to a first processor, and a plurality of switched power outlets cooperating with the first processor so as to be selectively biased on or off by the first processor. The plurality of switched power outlets electrically operate a corresponding plurality of sensory stimulators, which without intending to be limiting may form part of the device of the present invention, when the sensory stimulators are electrically connected to the plurality of switched power outlets. Also without intending to be limiting the device of the present invention may include means for producing a force feedback signal in response to a video game force feedback signal producing event.
