METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR WINDING ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Flexible film is wound into multiple rolls at a controlled tension utilizing cores mounted on a shaft which is expandable to contact the inside diameter of the shaft. Multiple cores of varying widths can be wound on such a shaft with a similar winding tension regardless of the core length.
