The invention relates to a method for winding a paper web, in which method the web (W) is longitudinally divided into slit webs of desired widths and the slit webs are wound into rolls (R) about roll cores (H) or similar centers at a winding station (17A, 17B). According to the method, the web (W) is cut by means of a web-severing device (16) in conjunction with the roll set change of the winding operation. The method employs at least two slitter assemblies (15A, 15B) for slitting the web (W) and when given ones of the slitter assemblies (15A, 15B) are slitting the web (W) into one set of slit webs, the desired ones of the other slitter assemblies (15A, 15B) are preset into desired slitting width positions for slitting the next set of slit webs. The invention also concern an apparatus for winding a paper web, the apparatus comprising slitter assemblies (15) for longitudinally dividing a web (W) into slit webs of desired widths and a winding station (17A; 17B) for winding the slit webs into rolls (R) and a web-severing device for cutting the web (W). The apparatus includes at least two slitter assemblies (15A, 15B).
L'invention concerne un procédé d'enroulement d'une bande de papier, selon lequel une bande (W) est divisée dans le sens de la longueur en plusieurs bandes fendues d'une largeur déterminée. Ces bandes fendues sont ensuite enroulées en rouleaux (R) autour de mandrins (H), ou analogues, à un poste d'enroulement (17A, 17B). Selon le procédé, la bande (W) est découpée au moyen d'un dispositif de découpage de bandes (16) conjointement avec le changement de rouleau provenant de l'opération d'enroulement. Le procédé nécessite au moins deux molettes coupeuses (15A, 15B) pour fendre la bande (W), et lorsqu'une molette coupeuse est en train de diviser la bande (W) en un ensemble de bandes fendues, une autre molette coupeuse est réglée sur une largeur prédéterminée pour diviser l'ensemble suivant en bandes fendues. L'invention concerne également un appareil d'enroulement d'une bande de papier, qui comporte des molettes coupeuses (15) pour diviser dans le sens de la longueur une bande (W) en bandes fendues d'une largeur déterminée, un poste d'enroulement (17A, 17B) pour enrouler les bandes fendues en rouleaux (R) et un dispositif de découpage de bandes pour découper la bande (W). L'appareil comprend au moins deux molettes coupeuses (15A, 15B).
