A system and method are shown for work management for facility maintenance. The system includes a central management server configured to receive a first set of information including tasks to be performed at a first facility and to generate a first work schedule for a first user selected to perform the first work schedule at the first facility. The system further includes a first client device at the first facility, where the first client device is configured to receive the first work schedule from the central management server and display the first work schedule to the first user via an electronic management interface. The electronic interface is further configured to receive task completion data from the first user and send the data to the central management server. When the central management server receives the task completion data, the central management server is configured to update a status of the work schedule based upon the task completion data received from the first user.(110, 130, 120, 114, 132, 124, 128)
Système et procédé de gestion de travaux pour entretien de locaux. Le système comprend un serveur central de gestion configuré pour recevoir un premier ensemble d'informations incluant les tâches à mettre en oeuvre dans des premiers locaux, et produire un premier programme de travaux destiné à un premier utilisateur sélectionné pour mettre en oeuvre le programme dans les premiers locaux. Le système comprend en outre un premier dispositif client situé dans les premiers locaux, qui est configuré pour recevoir le premier programme de travaux du serveur central de gestion et présenter ce programme au premier utilisateur par l'intermédiaire d'une interface de gestion électronique. L'interface électronique est en outre configurée pour recevoir des données d'exécution de tâches provenant du premier utilisateur et envoyer ces données au serveur central de gestion. Lorsque le serveur reçoit ces données, il met à jour un état du programme de travaux sur la base des données d'exécution des tâches reçues du premier utilisateur (fig. 1, 110, 130, 120, 102, 114, 132, 124, 128).
