An applicator tool (10) for applying a liquid onto a surface of a floor includes an applicator (14) and a handle (12) connected to the applicator. The applicator includes a housing (26) having a bottom surface and a plurality of sidewalls. The bottom surface is connected to the sidewalls to define a reservoir (28). The bottom surface has at least one opening (38) in fluid for substantially continuously dispensing the liquid.
