A one-trip system for milling a window using a whipstock is disclosed. The whipstock (10) can be set on a packer or anchor which can be an electric line- type packer (P) which, without modifications, can be set with the hydraulic mechanism disclosed so as to avoid the need for running a wireline rig. The assembly of the packer or anchor and whipstock is run into the wellbore in a single trip, with a mill or mills capable of milling a window. At the conclusion of the milling, the mill or mills (18) are retrieved. Thereafter, a retrieving tool is attached to the whipstock and facilitates a release of the setting tool from the packer so that the setting tool and the whipstock are retrieved together. This leaves a seal bore (114) within the packer which can be employed with a subsequent tubing string run through the packer to that production can be obtained through the packer as well as through the deviated wellbore while potential leakpaths in the packer from the annulus to the tubing are eliminated by the withdrawal of the setting assembly.
L'invention concerne un système à un passage destiné au fraisage d'une fenêtre à l'aide d'un sifflet déviateur. On peut placer le sifflet déviateur (10) sur un packer ou une ancre pouvant être un packer (P) de type à ligne électrique, lequel sans modifications, peut être placé avec le mécanisme hydraulique décrit de manière à éviter de faire passer un appareil de forage à câble. On fait passer l'ensemble packer ou ancre et sifflet déviateur dans le puits en un seul passage, avec une fraise ou des fraises capable(s) de fraiser une fenêtre. A la fin du fraisage, la ou les fraises (18) sont retirée(s). Ensuite, un outil d'extraction est fixé au sifflet déviateur et facilite la libération de l'outil de pose du packer de sorte que ledit outil de pose et le sifflet déviateur soient retirés ensemble. Ceci laisse un trou (114) à étanchéité à l'intérieur du packer pouvant être utilisé avec une colonne de production que l'on fait passer à travers le packer de sorte que l'on peut obtenir une production à travers ledit packer ainsi qu'à travers le puits dévié, tout en éliminant les voies de fuites potentielles dans le packer provenant de l'anneau formé dans la colonne par le retrait de l'ensemble de pose.
