A method of producing substitute natural gas (SNG) includes providing at least one steam turbine engine. The method also includes providing a gasification system that includes at least one gas shift reactor configured to receive a boiler feedwater stream and a synthesis gas (syngas) stream. The at least one gas shift reactor is further configured to produce a high pressure steam stream. The method further includes producing a steam stream within the at least one gas shift reactor and channeling at least a portion of the steam stream to the at least one steam turbine engine.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de production de gaz naturel de substitution (SNG) qui comprend l'utilisation d'au moins une turbine à vapeur. Le procédé comprend également l'utilisation d'un système de gazéification qui comprend au moins un réacteur de conversion de gaz configuré pour recevoir un flux d'eau d'alimentation de chaudière et un flux de gaz de synthèse. Le ou les réacteurs de conversion de gaz sont en outre configurés pour produire un flux de vapeur haute pression. Le procédé comprend en outre la production d'un flux de vapeur à l'intérieur du ou des réacteurs de conversion de gaz et la canalisation d'au moins une partie du flux de vapeur vers la ou les turbines à vapeur.
