The present invention relates to an apparatus for causing earthworms to come to the surface of the soil by means of vibration, sound or light or a combination of vibration, sound or light with electrical pulses. The apparatus comprises stimuli generating means wherein the stimuli is vibration, sound or light or any combination of them and means for transferring the stimuli to the soil causing earthworms to come to the surface of the soil.
