The invention concerns a method and a device for synchronising carrier frquencies (fx) in a mobile telephone (11) on carrier frequencies (fx) of a fixed station (1), for radio data transmission, said data being transmitted on several carrier frequencies. The fixed station (1) comprises a device (4) for transmitting a control signal, the control signal carrier frequency (fx) being changed from time to time. In the mobile telephone (11) is provided a device (5) sensing the transmission conditions succeeding one another for each of the plurality of carrier frequencies (fx). In the mobile telephone is further provided a device (16) adjusting the mobile telephone on reception of the carrier frequency (fx) offering the most favourable receiving conditions, until the fixed station (1) transmitting device (4) shifts the control signal carrier frequency (fx) to the carrier frequency (fx) on which the mobile telephone (11) is adjusted. In the fixed station (1) or the mobile telephone (11), devices (12, 13) transmit synchronising data from the fixed station (1) to the mobile telephone (11) and/or vice-versa.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour la synchronisation des fréquences porteuses (f¿x?) d'une partie mobile (11) sur les fréquences porteuses (f¿x?) d'une station fixe (1), pour la transmission radio de données, lesdites données étant transmises sur plusieurs fréquences porteuses. La station fixe (1) comporte un dispositif (4) servant à émettre un signal de commande, la fréquence porteuse (f¿x?) du signal de commande étant changée de temps en temps. Dans la partie mobile (11) se trouve un dispositif (5) qui détecte les conditions de transmission qui se succèdent pour chacune de la pluralité de fréquences porteuses (f¿x?). Dans la partie mobile se trouve en outre un dispositif (16) qui règle la partie mobile sur une réception à la fréquence porteuse (f¿x?) qui offre des conditions de réception les plus favorables, jusqu'à ce que le dispositif d'émission (4) de la station fixe (1) fasse passer la fréquence porteuse (f¿x?) du signal de commande à la fréquence porteuse (f¿x?) sur laquelle la partie mobile (1) est réglée. Dans la station fixe (1) ou la partie mobile (11), des dispositifs (12, 13) émettent des données de synchronisation de la station fixe (1) à la partie mobile (11) et/ou en sens inverse.
