In a method and an arrangement for continuously producing lignocellulose- containing boards, the material is disintegrated into particle and/or fibre form, glue-coated, dried, and formed into a mat (1). The mat is pressed into board form (3) in a continuous steam injection press (2) and the board then passed through an after-conditioning zone (4). A specific volume of air having a specific moisture content and temperature is drawn through the board (3) in the after-conditioning zone (4) by suction.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de fabrication en continu de planches lignocellulosiques. Selon ce procédé, la matière est désintégrée pour prendre la forme de particules et/ou de fibres, ces dernières étant ensuite recouvertes de colle, séchées et formées en un mat (1). On presse ce mat pour lui donner la forme d'une planche (3) dans une presse à injection de vapeur en continu (2); la planche passe ensuite par une zone de post-conditionnement (4). Un volume d'air déterminé ayant une humidité et une température déterminées est aspiré à travers la planche (3) dans la zone de post-conditionnement (4).
