Elongated, cumbersome goods are transported using articulated trucks and unloaded using a crane. A method and an apparatus for transporting and use as crane for elongated, cumbersome loads over wide distances even under unfavorable infrastructure is proposed comprising a cable-guided lifting member, wherein when changing the transport mode to the crane mode the transported goods remain in the transport unit and the process is remotely controllable from the ground. In the transport mode, the load (20), the center of gravity of which is held in a rotating and tilting load bearing unit (2) connected to the support cable (7, 12) is pulled by transport winch cables (4) fastened to the lower rotating catch (10) of the load bearing unit (2) of mobile controllable winches (14), wherein the crane winch cables (5) are raised by lifting cables (6) by remote control to the crane node (1) and secured with a lowered transport securing ring (9). In crane mode, the securing of the crane winch cables (5) is raised and the crane winch cables (5) are lowered from the crane node (1) to the controllable winches (14) and connected to the transport winch cables (4). By changing the free length of the individual transport winch cables (4) connected to the crane winch cables (5), the load (20) is brought to the required position. The method and the apparatus for transporting and use as crane for elongated, cumbersome loads using a cable-guided lifting member are particularly suited for transporting and installing wings for wind energy systems in rough and winding terrain.
Des marchandises allongées et encombrantes sont transportées par semi-remorques et déchargées au moyen d'une grue. L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif impliquant le transport et l'utilisation d'une grue, pour des charges allongées et encombrantes, au moyen d'un corps de sustentation guidé par câble, sur de long parcours, y compris dans le cas d'une infrastructure inappropriée, procédé selon lequel la marchandise transportée demeure, lorsqu'on passe du mode transport au mode grue, dans l'unité de transport, le processus pouvant être télécommandé à partir du sol. La charge (20), maintenue par tension dans le centre de gravité d'une unité de suspension de charge (2), susceptible de tourner et de basculer, liée avec le câble porteur (7, 12), est tirée, en mode transport via des câbles de treuils de transport (4), à partir de treuils commandés mobile (14), fixés à la partie inférieure d'une attache à torsion (10) de l'unité de suspension de charge (2); les câbles de treuils de grue (5) sont élevés jusqu'aux noeuds de grue (1), de manière télécommandée, par des câbles de levage (6), et sont bloqués au moyen d'un anneau de blocage de transport (9) qui est descendu. En mode grue, le blocage des câbles de treuils de grue (5) est supprimé, et lesdits câbles de treuils de grue (5) tombent des noeuds de grue (1) vers les treuils (14) qui peuvent être commandés, et sont liés avec les câbles de treuils de transport (4). En modifiant la longueur libre des câbles de treuils de transport (4) individuels, liés avec les câbles de treuils de grue (5), la charge (20) est amenée en position requise. Le procédé et le dispositif de transport avec utilisation comme grue sont appropriés, dans le cas de charges allongées et encombrantes, au moyen d'un corps de sustentation guidé par câbles, en particulier pour le transport et pour le montage de pales pour éoliennes dans des terrains offrant des profils différemment incurvés.
