A first aspect of the invention relates to a method for aseptic preparation with an injection syringe. The syringe comprises a container for injection agent and an immovable connection nozzle connected to the container. The method entails charging the container with air. According to the invention air is forced to pass through an air filter arranged on the connection nozzle. This enables the syringe container to be charged with aseptic air in a simple and reliable fashion. Other aspects of the invention relate to devices for performing the method, viz. an injection syringe equipped with an air filter in the connection nozzle, a filter unit (2) connectable to an injection syringe's (1) connection nozzle (13) and a system comprising an injection syringe (1) and a separate filter unit (2). The invention devices convey advantages of the same kind as the invention method.
L'invention concerne, d'une part, un procédé de préparation aseptique à l'aide d'une seringue d'injection. La seringue comprend un contenant destiné à un agent d'injection et une buse de connexion fixe reliée au contenant. Ce procédé comporte le chargement du contenant en air. Selon l'invention, l'air traverse un filtre à air placé dans la buse de connexion, ce qui permet de charger le contenant de la seringue en air aseptique de façon simple et fiable. L'invention concerne, d'autre part, des dispositifs permettant de mettre en oeuvre le procédé, notamment une seringue d'injection équipée d'un filtre à air logé dans la buse de connexion, une unité filtre (2) connectée à la buse de connexion (13) d'une seringue (1) et un système comprenant une seringue d'injection (1) et une unité filtre (2) séparée. Les dispositifs de l'invention offrent des avantages de même ordre que le procédé de l'invention.
