Disclosed are a method and a casting/rolling plant for producing hot-rolled metallic, particularly steel, strips (7) having great surface quality from slabs or flat thin bars (2, 2a) that are cast in a continuous casting process, descaling being performed based on a rotary descaling process. In order to take into account parameters which are not considered in prior art in addition to rotary descaling, the hydraulically oscillated permanent mold (9) travels along several different oscillation curves (16, 17, 18) while the oscillation marks are deep-cleaned by adjusting the oscillation pattern that is determined to be optimal for each casting material.
L'invention concerne un procédé et une installation de coulée et de laminage direct destinés à la production de bandes métalliques laminées à chaud, notamment de bandes d'acier (7), à qualité de surface élevée, à partir de bandes fines (2, 2a) plates ou de brames coulées en continu, ce procédé et cette installation servant au décalaminage par rotor. Outre l~application du décalaminage rotatif, pour tenir compte de paramètres de coulée continue qui n~avaient pas été retenus jusqu~alors, la coquille de coulée continue (9) oscillant par force hydraulique est déplacée en plusieurs courbes d~oscillations (16, 17, 18) différentes et le nettoyage en profondeur des marques d~oscillations est réalisé par réglage de la courbe d~oscillation définie comme optimale pour chaque matériau de coulée.
