The invention relates to a method and a coating device for the production of a composite glass (1) from a glass element (3) which is at least monoaxially bent and which is coated with a plastic foil (2) at least on one side. The surface of the glass element to be coated is cleaned before being inserted into a calender (20) and conveyed into the calender slot (23). Simultaneously, an adhesive layer (2.2) of the plastic foil is activated and the plastic foil is also conveyed into the calender slot, where it is placed flat on the glass element. The adhesive layer does not slip thereby preventing a relative movement between the glass element and the adhesive layer (2.1) during and after flat application. The glass element coated with the foil is conveyed through the calender and pressurized, wherein the adhesive layer is bonded and permanent connection already occurs in the calender. Since activation of the adhesive, flat application of the foil and bonding of the adhesive are carried out in the absence of water, the edges of the composite element thus produced can be trimmed directly after exiting the calender.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'enduction qui permet de fabriquer un verre feuilleté (1) à partir d'une plaque de verre (3), incurvée au moins suivant un axe et recouverte au moins d'un côté par une feuille plastique (2). La surface à enduire de la plaque de verre est nettoyée juste avant son entrée dans une calandre (20) et introduite dans la pince (23) de la calandre. En même temps, une couche d'adhésif (2.2) faisant partie de la feuille plastique est activée et également introduite dans la calandre, où elle appliquée à plat sur la plaque de verre. La couche d'adhésif n'étant pas glissante, elle empêche le déplacement relatif entre la plaque de verre et la couche de la feuille plastique collée (2.1) pendant et après l'application à plat. La plaque de verre recouverte par la feuille traverse sous pression la calandre, dans laquelle la couche d'adhésif prend et une liaison durable commence à se former. Comme l'activation de l'adhésif, l'application de la feuille et la prise de l'adhésif se font en l'absence d'eau, les bords de la plaque feuilletée ainsi produite peuvent être rognés directement après la sortie de la calandre.
