The present invention is a directed to a container provided with a liner formed in the mold which changes the properties of the container, when compared to a container not having the liner, and methods of forming same. The liner may exhibit absorption properties, it may release an agent into the surrounding environment, it may undergo some action in response to a condition or thing in the environment, such as the presence of water or a gas. It may provide a barrier, and/or it may exhibit permeability.
L'invention concerne un récipient pourvu d'un revêtement formé dans le moule qui modifie les propriétés dudit récipient lorsqu'on compare ce dernier à un récipient qui n'en est pas pourvu, ainsi que des procédés de fabrication associés. Ledit revêtement, qui peut présenter des propriétés d'absorption, peut libérer un agent dans le milieu environnant. Il peut en outre subir une action quelconque en réponse notamment à un état dans ledit milieu, par exemple la présence d'eau ou de gaz. Il peut constituer une barrière et/ou présenter une perméabilité.
