"IMPROVED METHOD AND COMPOSITION FOR REMOVING VINYL DECALS" Abstract A method and composition for removing vinyl decals from a surface. A chemical composition comprising a mixture of one or more of the following aromatic solvents: toluene, xylene and naphtha; and a mixture of glycol ethers is applied to a vinyl decal. The chemical composition can also alternately comprise methyl ethyl ketone and an aromatic solvent. The composition remains in contact with the decal for a period of time sufficient to loosen the decal from the surface. The decal is then physically pulled from the surface.
