The present invention identifies and quantifies changes in gene expression associated with non-small cell lung cancer NSCLC by examining gene expression in tissue from normal lung and diseased lung. The present invention also identifies and quantifies expression profiles which serve as useful diagnostic markers as well as markers that are useful to monitor disease states, disease progression, drug toxicity, drug efficacy and drug metabolism.

L'invention concerne l'identification et la quantification des changements au niveau de l'expression génique associée au cancer bronchopulmonaire "non à petites cellules" (NSCLC) par examen de l'expression génique des tissus d'un poumon normal et d'un poumon malade. L'invention concerne également l'identification et la quantification des profils d'expression servant de marqueurs de diagnostic utiles et de marqueurs permettant de surveiller des états pathologiques, la progression de la maladie, la toxicité des médicaments, leur efficacité et leur métabolisme.
