Method for the treatment of articular diseases or articular pain, or for the treatment of skin, which comprises the infiltration or the application of a compound that comprises at least one blood-derived substance, which is preferably a blood plasma in general, and in particular a platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and preferably a plasma rich in growth factors (PRGF), and/or a supernatant of any of the aforementioned plasmas. The inventive method enables the significant relief and even regeneration of the treated areas. Optionally, the blood-derived substance may be mixed with hyaluronic acid (HA) and/or an HA-derived compound, thereby achieving even more beneficial effects.

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de maladies articulaires ou de la douleur articulaire ou pour le traitement de la peau, lequel procédé comprend l'infiltration ou l'application d'un composé qui comprend au moins une substance dérivée du sang qui, en général, est, de préférence, du plasma sanguin et, en particulier, un plasma riche en plaquettes (PRP) et, de préférence, un plasma riche en facteurs de croissance (PRGF) et/ou un surnageant de l'un des plasmas susmentionnés. Le procédé de l'invention permet le relief significatif et même une régénération des zones traitées. Facultativement, la substance dérivée du sang peut être mélangée avec un acide hyaluronique (HA) et/ou un composé dérivé de HA, obtenant, de ce fait, des effets encore plus bénéfiques.
