The invention relates to a method and device for establishing and maintaining defined temperature and hygrometric conditions inside premises. The method comprises the following steps: a supply reservoir (1) is filled with water; water contained in the supply reservoir (1) passes into tubes (3) or hollow profiled elements (3) of an evaporator/exchanger (2); part of the water is exuded on the outer walls of the tubes (3) or hollow profiled elements (3); a thin film of water is created on the outer walls; said film of water is subsequently evaporated, whereby the water circulating in the tubes (3) is cooled; a flow of air to be cooled is generated with the aid of ventilation means (7); the refrigerated water in said air flow is atomized with the aid of atomizing means (6) in order to create a humidified and cooled air flow.
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé et un dispositif permettant d~établir et/ou de maintenir des conditions définies de température et d~hygrométrie dans un local, le procédé comprenant la réalisation des étapes suivantes : .bullet. le remplissage en eau d~un réservoir d~alimentation (1) ; .bullet. le passage de l~eau contenue dans le réservoir d~alimentation (1) dans des tubes (3) ou des éléments profilés creux (3) d~un évaporateur / échangeur (2) ; .bullet. l~exsudation d~une partie de l~eau sur les parois externes desdits tubes (3) ou desdits éléments profilés creux (3), .bullet. la constitution d~un mince film d~eau sur lesdites parois externes ; .bullet. l~évaporation subséquente de ce film d~eau provoquant un refroidissement de l~eau circulant dans les tubes (3) ; .bullet. la génération d~un flux d~air à refroidir à l~aide de moyens de ventilation (7) ; .bullet. la pulvérisation de l~eau réfrigérée dans ledit flux d~air à l~aide de moyens de pulvérisation (6) afin de créer un flux d~air humidifié et refroidi.
