The invention relates to a method for accumulating heat in a container (1), comprising the following steps: storing the heat in a first fluid (2a, 2b) at its vapour pressure, especially water, in a sealed container (1); transferring the heat by condensing (3) the vapour phase (2b) of said fluid on the external surface (4a) of an exchanger (4) which is situated in the vapour phase (2b) of the first fluid; and supplying heat to the container using a heat source (5), especially a heating resistor (5a) or a burner.

Procédé d'accumulation de chaleur dans un conteneur (1) comprenant les étapes suivantes: on stocke la chaleur dans un premier fluide (2a, 2b) sous sa tension de vapeur, notamment de l'eau, dans un conteneur étanche (1); on transfère la chaleur par condensation (3) de la phase vapeur (2b) dudit fluide sur la surface externe (4a) d'un échangeur (4) situé dans la phase vapeur (2b) du premier fluide; on apporte de la chaleur audit conteneur au moyen d'une source chaude (5), notamment une résistance chauffante (5a) ou un brûleur.
