The invention relates to a method and a device for applying a flowable material, especially a particulate material, in individual superimposed layers across a support (50), the flowable material being first filled from a stationary feed station (10) into a storage container (24) of an application device. In the application device (30), which travels back and forth across the support, the flowable material is distributed inside the storage container across the entire length of the device and is then metered through a slot into a metering funnel in such a manner that the filling level in the metering funnel remains constant during application of the flowable material from the metering funnel onto the support.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant d'appliquer en nappe une matière apte à s'écouler, en particulier une matière particulaire, en couches individuelles superposées sur une base (50), la matière apte à s'écouler étant d'abord déversée d'un poste de chargement stationnaire (10) dans un réservoir collecteur (24) d'un dispositif d'application. Dans ce dispositif d'application (30) pouvant effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient au-dessus de la base, la matière apte à s'écouler est répartie à l'intérieur du réservoir collecteur sur toute la longueur du dispositif puis déversée par une fente de façon dosée dans une cuve de dosage, de sorte que la hauteur de remplissage de la cuve de dosage reste constante lorsque la matière apte à s'écouler est appliquée de la cuve de dosage sur la base.
