In the method for applying a load to a reel in a reel-up of a paper web, a reel spool (2) and the reel (R) wound around it from the paper web (W) is loaded against a reeling cylinder (1) with a predetermined loading force (F) supported by a supporting point (B). The supporting point (B) of the loading force (F) is located in a construction (3) moving at least in the machine direction along with the reel spool (2). Said construction (3) is positioned with respect to a fixed supporting point (A) in accordance with the growth of the reel by means of a transfer device (4) located between the construction (3) and the supporting point (A) and operating by means of mechanical power transmission, and/or a carriage at least partly bearing the weight of the reel (R) is used as the construction (3), by means of which carriage the supporting point of the reel is transferred at least in the machine direction. The loading force (F) is produced by means of a force device (5) acting between the supporting point (B) in the moving construction and the reel spool (2). The loading force (F) generated by the force device is adjusted during the reeling process. With the carriage the reel (R) can also be completely moved away from the reel-up.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'application d'une charge sur une bobine dans une enrouleuse de bande continue de papier. Dans ce procédé, un mandrin de bobine (2) et la bobine (R) de bande continue de papier (W) enroulée autour de celui-ci appliquent une charge sur un cylindre d'enroulement (1) avec une force d'application (F) prédéterminée au niveau d'un point de support (B). Ce point de support (B) de la force d'application (F) se trouve dans une construction (3) se déplaçant au moins dans le sens machine en association avec le mandrin de bobine (2). Cette construction (3) est positionnée par rapport à un point de support fixe (A) en fonction de la croissance de la bobine, le positionnement se faisant au moyen d'un dispositif de transfert (4) qui se trouve entre la construction (3) et le point de support (A), et qui fonctionne au moyen d'une transmission de puissance mécanique, et/ou un chariot portant au moins partiellement le poids de la bobine (R) sert de construction (3), grâce auquel chariot le point de support de la bobine est transféré au moins dans le sens machine. La force d'application (F) est produite à l'aide d'un dispositif (5) d'application de force agissant entre le point de support (B) dans la construction en mouvement et le mandrin de bobine (2). La force d'application (F) générée par le dispositif d'application de force est régulée durant le processus d'enroulement. Avec le chariot, la bobine (R) peut également être entièrement retirée de l'enrouleuse.
