The invention relates to a method and a device for applying a protective medium to a turbine blade as well as a method for introducing cooling bores into a turbine blade. In order to do so, hot supercritical carbon dioxide is used as a temperature control medium and/or cleaning medium in a pressure vessel and is compressed and decompressed once or several times in a row. According to the invention, the cleaning medium is decompressed to a pressure at which the gas has a volume that is a multiple of the volume of the compressed cleaning medium in the pressure vessel, thus making it possible to remove particle-shaped and other dirt even from depressions, pocket holes, or open hollow spaces.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'application d'un agent de protection sur une aube de turbine ainsi qu'un procédé de forage de trous de refroidissement dans une aube de turbine. Selon l'invention, du dioxyde de carbone supercritique chaud est introduit dans un contenant sous pression en tant qu'agent d'équilibrage de température et/ou de nettoyage et il est compressé et décompressé une ou plusieurs fois à la suite. Selon l'invention, l'agent de nettoyage est décompressé à un niveau de pression où le gaz prend un volume qui est un multiple du volume de l'agent de nettoyage compressé dans le contenant sous pression. Il est ainsi possible d'éliminer des saletés particulaires et autres, même hors d'évidements, de trous borgnes ou de cavités ouvertes.
