The invention relates to a method and a device for casting a cast part G from a metal melt M. During the method according to the invention, a casting mould F, mounted in a pivoted mounting, comprising a mould cavity H shaping the cast part G, a feed system 10 and a pour channel 13, is rotated into a fill position and filled with metal melt. As a consequence of the effect of gravity, the melt flows through the pour channel, wherein the main flow direction of the melt makes an angle relative to the acting direction of gravity. The filling is continued until the casting mould F, including the pour channel 13, is completely filled with metal melt M. Then, the casting mould F is sealed with a stopper 18 placed in the filling opening 14 of the pour channel 13, and is rotated into a solidification position, in which the melt M present in the feed system 10 is pushed against the melt M present in the mould cavity H. The casting mould G is held in the solidification position until the metal melt M present in the casting mould F has reached a solidification state in which the cast part G can be de-moulded.

Linvention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour couler une pièce moulée G à partir dun métal en fusion M. Au cours du procédé selon linvention, un moule F logé dans un bâti tournant et comprenant une empreinte de moule H représentant la pièce moulée G, un système dalimentation 10 ainsi quun canal pour masselotte 13, est tourné pour atteindre une position de remplissage et rempli de métal en fusion. Sous leffet de la gravité, la masse fondue s'écoule par le canal pour masselotte, sa direction d'écoulement principale formant un angle avec la direction effective de la gravité. Le remplissage continue jusquà ce que le moule F, y compris le canal pour masselotte 13, soit rempli de métal en fusion M. Le moule F est ensuite fermé par un bouchon 18 positionné dans louverture de remplissage 14 du canal pour masselotte 13 et tourné dans une position de solidification, dans laquelle la masse fondue M présente dans le système dalimentation 10 comprime la masse fondue M présente dans lempreinte de moule H. Le moule G est maintenu dans la position de solidification, jusquà ce que le métal en fusion M présent dans le moule F atteigne un état de solidification permettant le démoulage de la pièce moulée G.
