The present invention relates to a method for casting moulded parts, in particular non-ferrous anodes, with a device (1) that has an intermediate trough (2) to accommodate metallic melt, with a longitudinal axis (L) and which is supplied with metallic melt from a source for said metallic melt and which has at least one outlet (3,,4) that is arranged on the side of the intermediate trough (2), the intermediate trough (4) being tilted about its longitudinal axis (L) in order to discharge metallic melt from the intermediate trough (2) into a measuring trough(5,6), the at least one measuring trough (5,6) filling a die with metallic melt through an outlet (7, 8). In order to achieve an improvement of the weight variation of the moulded parts that are to be cast, the present invention provides that in order for melt to be poured out from the intermediate trough (2) into the measuring trough (5,6), the intermediate trough (2) is tilted about its longitudinal axis (L) and about an axis (Q) that is horizontal and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (L) of the intermediate trough (2). The present invention also relates to a device for casting moulded parts.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de coulage de pièces moulées, en particulier des anodes non ferreuses, avec un dispositif (1) pourvu d'une cuvette intermédiaire (2) pour accueillir le métal en fusion, avec un axe longitudinal (L), et qui est alimenté en métal en fusion provenant d'une source dudit métal en fusion et qui a au moins une sortie (3, 4) qui est disposée sur le côté de la cuvette intermédiaire (2), la cuvette intermédiaire (4) étant inclinée sur son axe longitudinal (L ) afin de permettre la coulée hors de la cuvette intermédiaire (2) dans une cuvette de mesure (5, 6), au moins une cuvette de mesure (5, 6) remplissant un moule métallique de métal en fusion par un orifice de sortie (7, 8). Afin d'améliorer la variation du poids des pièces à mouler, la présente invention prévoit que, pour que le métal en fusion soit déversé de la cuvette intermédiaire (2) à la cuvette de mesure (5, 6), la cuvette intermédiaire (2) est inclinée sur son axe longitudinal (L) et autour d'un axe (Q) qui est horizontal et perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal (L) de la cuvette intermédiaire (2). La présente invention concerne également un dispositif pour le coulage des pièces moulées.
