The invention concerns a method for differentiating and counting cellular components present in a biological fluid sample comprising a primary cytological analysis step typically implemented by a flow cytometry equipment (1) to obtain a set of primary results enabling the set of cellular components of the sample to be differentiated and counted in different populations; and a complementary step of cytological analysis of a particular type of cellular components, based on an identified cellular peculiarity, to obtain complementary results enabling at least one cell population or subpopulation of the sample to be differentiated and counted for identification of said cellular peculiarity. The invention is applicable in particular to hematological analyses.
Un procédé de différenciation et de comptage des composants cellulaires présents dans un échantillon d'un liquide biologique comprend une étape primaire d'analyse cytologique classiquement mise en AEuvre par un équipement (1) de cytométrie de flux pour obtenir un ensemble de résultats primaires permettant une différenciation et un comptage de l~ensemble des composants cellulaires de l~échantillon en différentes populations ; et une étape complémentaire d'analyse cytologique d'un type particulier de composants cellulaires, fonction d'une particularité cellulaire identifiée, pour obtenir des résultats complémentaires permettant une différenciation et un comptage d'au moins une population ou sous-population cellulaire de l'échantillon pour l'identification de cette particularité cellulaire. Application notamment aux analyses hématologiques.
