Disclosed is a method for removing loose scale and other foreign matter from the top and/or bottom face of a cast product (3), such as a slab, thin slab, profiled element, or similar, with the aid of flowable media which are sprayed onto the cast product (3) by means of a cleaning device (5) comprising at least one spraying apparatus (8, 9) that is disposed above the cast product (3) and at least one spraying apparatus (8, 9) that is arranged below the cast product (3). According to said method, the amount of media and/or the effective width and/or the pressure of the media is/are controlled separately and independently of time for each spraying apparatus (8, 9). The invention also relates to a device for removing loose scale and other foreign matter from the top and/or bottom face of a cast product (3) with the aid of flowable media which are sprayed onto the cast product (3) by means of a cleaning device (5) comprising at least one spraying apparatus (8, 9) located above the cast product (3) and at least one spraying apparatus (8, 9) located below the cast product (3). The spraying apparatuses (8, 9) and/or the nozzles (13) that are placed on the spraying apparatuses (8, 9) are configured so as to respond via a controller/a guiding system.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour éliminer la calamine meuble et d'autres corps étrangers de la face supérieure et/ou de la face inférieure d'un produit coulé (3), tel qu'une brame, une brame mince, un profilé ou similaire, à l'aide d'agents fluides qui sont pulvérisés sur le produit coulé (3) au moyen d'un système de nettoyage (5) comprenant au moins un dispositif de pulvérisation (8) placé au-dessus du produit coulé (3) et au moins un dispositif de pulvérisation (9) placé au-dessous du produit coulé (3). Ce procédé se caractérise en ce que la quantité d'agents et/ou la largeur utile et/ou la pression des agents sont régulées séparément et indépendamment dans le temps pour chaque dispositif de pulvérisation (8, 9). L'invention concerne en outre un système pour éliminer la calamine meuble et d'autres corps étrangers de la face supérieure et/ou de la face inférieure d'un produit coulé (3) à l'aide d'agents fluides qui sont pulvérisés sur le produit coulé (3) au moyen d'un système de nettoyage (5) comprenant au moins un dispositif de pulvérisation (8) placé au-dessus du produit coulé (3) et au moins un dispositif de pulvérisation (9) placé au-dessous du produit coulé (3). Ce système se caractérise en ce que les dispositifs de pulvérisation (8, 9) et/ou les buses (13) disposées sur ceux-ci sont conçus de façon à réagir par l'intermédiaire d'une commande/d'un système de guidage.
