The invention concerns a method for continuous coating of a paper strip or textile material support with a silicone composition, comprising at least a POS A with SiVi or SiOR groups, a POS B with SiH groups and a (hydrosilylation or dehydrogenation-condensation) catalyst C and not corresponding to a LTC/FC silicone system, said method comprising the following steps: step 1 which consists in providing conditions for homogeneously mixing constituents A, B, C such that the resulting homogeneity represents a DCS signature comprising a Gaussian peak for which the end-of-peak temperature T3 ranges between a value higher than 110 DEG C to 200 DEG C, said conditions requiring very accurate means for measuring the constituents, means for pre-mixing the constituents other than C and means for homogeneously mixing C with the pre-mixture(s) produced; step 2 which consists in feeding the homogeneous mixture to the coating site; step 3 which consists in coating the support with the homogeneous mixture; and step 4 which is a curing step, in particular heat-curing.
Procédé d'enduction en continu d'une bande de papier ou d'un support en matière textile à l'aide d'une composition silicone, comprenant au moins un POS A à groupes SiVi ou SiOR, un POS B à groupes SiH et un catalyseur C (d'hydrosilylation ou de déshydrogénocondensation) et ne correspondant pas à un système silicone LTC/FC, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes: étape 1 où on met en oeuvre des conditions de mélange homogène des constituants A, B, C telles que l'homogénéité obtenue se traduise par une signature DSC comprenant un pic gaussien pour lequel la température T3 de fin de pic se situe dans l'intervalle allant d'une valeur supérieure à 110°C à 200°C, lesdites conditions faisant appel à des moyens de dosage très précis des constituants, à des moyens de prémélange(s) des constituants autres que C et à des moyens de mélange homogène de C avec le (ou les) prémélange(s) réalisé(s): étape 2 d'acheminement du mélange homogène sur le site d'enduction; étape 3 d'enduction du support avec le mélange homogène; et étape 4 de réticulation notamment thermique.
