The invention relates to a method and system for content-based billing in IP- networks, wherein said method consists in carrying out and transmitting to a control gateway module (22) the authentication and/or service authorisation of an IP-node (20) based on the IMSI of the SIM card (201) of the node (20) for HLR (37) and/or VLR (37) of a GSM network and in guiding the access of the IP node (20) to the content of a network content provider thorough said control gateway module (22), in controlling involved costs by means of said module (22) on the base of the access target address, in detecting call detail records according to the IP-node (20) services by a core engine module (59), in detecting at least the identity of the IP-node (20) and/or the time and/or a provider of the required services by means of said call detail records during access to the control gateway module (22), in transmitting said data to the billing module and in computing said call detail records and/or clearing data based thereon and/or TAP files through the billing system (55) of a service provider or a financial institution. Said invention relates, in particular to the mobile IP nodes (20) in heterogeneous networks.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de facturation sur la base du contenu dans des réseaux IP, procédé caractérisé en ce qu'au moyen d'un module de rayon SIM (30), une authentification et/ou une autorisation de service du noeud IP (20) sur la base de IMSI de la carte SIM (201) du noeud (20), pour HLR (37) et/ou VLR (37) d'un réseau GSM est effectuée et transmise à un module passerelle de contrôle (22), en ce qu'un accès du noeud IP (20) au contenu d'un fournisseur de contenu du réseau est guidé via le module passerelle de contrôle (22), et est contrôlé, quant aux frais que cela entraîne, au moyen dudit module (22), en se basant sur l'adresse cible de l'accès, un module moteur central (59) détecte, lors de l'accès au module passerelle de contrôle (22), les enregistrements d'appels détaillés, conformément à la prestation se rapportant au noeud IP (20). Lesdits enregistrements d'appels détaillés détectent au moins l'identité du noeud IP (20) et/ou la durée et/ou le fournisseur de la prestation revendiquée et transmettent ces données à un module facturation. Les enregistrements d'appels détaillés et/ou les données de compensation basées sur les enregistrements d'appels détaillés et/ou les fichiers TAP sont calculés via un système de facturation (55) d'un fournisseur de services ou d'un établissement bancaire. L'invention concerne en particulier des noeuds IP mobiles (20) dans des réseaux hétérogènes.
