The invention concerns a method for detecting without marking a molecular recognition reaction, and a device for implementing said method. The invention concerns the general field of detection and analysis of a molecular recognition between a first molecule and a second molecule, for instance in molecular biology. The inventive method comprises the detection of molecular recognition using a photothermal method, for example a thermal lens microscope.
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de détection sans marquage d'une réaction de reconnaissance moléculaire, et à un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé. Cette invention concerne le domaine général de la détection et de l'analyse d'une reconnaissance moléculaire entre une première et une deuxième molécules, par exemple en biologie moléculaire. Le procédé de la présente invention comprend la détection de la reconnaissance moléculaire par une méthode photothermique, e.g. par une méthode de lentille thermique.
