A device for controlling or preparing a mixture of fluids, in particular a food or domestic mixture, comprises at least two addition ducts for a first and a sec and fluid getting in (5B), an area where the two fluids are mixed (23), so as to ob tain a mixture getting out, and control means (SC) for flow rate adjusting ele ments (13B) for the first and second fluid, arranged on the addition ducts. The invention envisages detecting means (29) for one or more physical-chemical properties of at least one among said mixture, first fluid and second fluid. In a preferred embodiment the detected physical-chemical quantity is pH.

L'invention concerne un appareil pour contrôler ou préparer un mélange de liquides, en particulier un mélange alimentaire ou domestique. L'appareil comprend au moins deux conduits d'addition pour acheminer un premier et un second liquides entrants (5B); une zone où les deux liquides sont mélangés (23) de façon à obtenir un mélange sortant; et un moyen de commande (SC) d'éléments arrangés sur les conduits d'addition pour régler le débit (13B) du premier et du second liquides. On décrit un moyen de détection (29) d'une ou de plusieurs propriétés physico-chimiques d'au moins un desdits premier et second liquides du mélange. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la quantité physico-chimique détectée est le pH.
