The invention relates to a method, device (4) and a system (1) for detecting and processing viewing data which concerns the visual behaviour of users, when viewing video information. Said device and system determine information concerning the lines of vision of a user in relation to the viewed video information by the direct projection of video information onto the user's retina (51) and by the determination of the current positions of the user's eye. These positions are transmitted via a telecommunication network (3) to a central unit (2) for further processing. Said further processing involves comparing the current eye positions with predetermined values and as a result of this comparison, triggering predetermined events and/or storing the aforementioned viewing data in the central unit (2), for example, for subsequent statistical evaluation.
L'invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif (4) et un système (1) de détection et de traitement de données d'observation, données qui concernent le comportement visuel d'utilisateurs lors de l'observation d'informations vidéo. Selon ledit procédé, des indications relatives aux directions du regard d'un utilisateur par rapport aux informations vidéo observées sont déterminées par le fait que les informations vidéo sont projetées directement sur la rétine (51) de l'utilisateur et qu'ainsi les positions du moment de l'oeil de l'utilisateur sont déterminées et transmises à une centrale (2), par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de télécommunication (3), pour subir un traitement ultérieur. Ce traitement ultérieur consiste à comparer les positions du moment de l'oeil avec des valeurs prédéfinies, des événements prédéfinis étant déclenchés sur la base du résultat de cette comparaison et/ou les données d'observation susmentionnées étant mémorisées dans la centrale (2) et, par exemple plus tard, exploitées du point de vus statistique.
