The invention relates to a method which is used to detect defects on a component (10, 12) of a turbine. Said method comprises the following steps; at least one ultrasonic signal is emitted and captured by means of a group beam examination head (18) on a flat region of the component (10, 12) which is to be examined. The invention is characterised according to the following steps: the group of the beam examination heads (18) are distributed into several virtual examination heads (20, 22, 24) and at least one ultrasonic signal is emitted and captured by at least two of the virtual examination heads (20, 22, 24) which is directed to an individual flat region which is to be examined.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer des défauts sur un élément (10, 12) de turbine, comprenant pour étapes l'émission et la réception d'au moins un signal ultrasonore, au moyen d'un palpeur de réseau d'antennes (18) sur une zone en nappe à examiner de l'élément (10, 12). Ledit procédé selon l'invention se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes: diviser le palpeur de réseau d'antennes (18) en plusieurs palpeurs virtuels (20, 22, 24) et émettre et recevoir au moins un signal ultrasonore, avec au moins deux des palpeurs virtuels (20, 22, 24) dirigés sur une seule zone en nappe à examiner.
