The transmission function of the object is expressed as a finite power development of the transmission of a reference thickness of a reference material, each development power being equal to a ratio between a reference material thickness and the reference thickness; the coefficients of the developement are determined by measurements taken of the intensity transmitted by these various selected thicknesses, including the zero thickness, of the reference material subjected to a measurement beam presenting successively a plurality of energy spectra and by measurements taken of the intensity transmitted by the object subjected to that same variable spectrum measurement beam; the attenuation function is deduced from the determination of the transmission function. Application to radioscopy.
La fonction de transmission de l'objet est exprimée comme un développement fini en puissances de la transmission d'une épaisseur de référence d'un matériau de référence, chaque puissance du développement étant égale à un rapport entre une épaisseur du matériau de référence et l'épaisseur de référence; les coefficients du développement sont déterminés grâce aux mesures de l'intensité transmise par les différentes épaisseur, choisies, incluant l'épaisseur nulle, du matériau de référence soumis à un faisceau de mesure présentant successivement plusieurs spectres en énergie et aux mesures de l'intensité transmise par l'objet soumis à ce même faisceau de mesure à spectre variable; la fonction d'atténuation est déduite de la détermination de la fonction de transmission. Application à la radioscopie.
