The invention relates to a method and a device for examining the properties, especially physical properties, of a surface-active substance. A fluid is introduced in the form of a test volume into another fluid which cannot be mixed therewith, whereby at least one boundary layer is formed in a partial area of a surface of the test volume between the first fluid and the second fluid. The test volume is embodied in an axially symmetric manner around a given defining axis, whereby the boundary layer is formed in such a way that it is axially symmetrical in relation to the given defining axis. The surface- active substance is spread over the boundary layer in order to form a surface film in the region of the boundary layer with the surface-active substance. The surface film can then be examined microscopically.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour analyser des propriétés, notamment des propriétés physiques, d'une substance tensioactive. Selon cette invention, un fluide se présentant sous forme d'un volume d'échantillon est introduit dans un autre fluide, non miscible audit fluide, de façon à former une couche limite entre ledit fluide et l'autre fluide, dans une zone partielle d'une surface du volume d'échantillon. Le volume d'échantillon présente une symétrie axiale autour d'un axe de définition prédéfini, de façon que cette couche limite présente une symétrie axiale par rapport audit axe de définition prédéfini. La substance tensioactive est dispersée sur ladite couche limite, afin de former un film superficiel dans la zone de la couche limite avec cette substance tensioactive. Le film superficiel peut ensuite être soumis à une analyse microscopique.
