The invention relates to a method for fabricating hollow plastic objects of thermoplastic material, compris- ing the following steps: 1) injecting melt into the tool cavity (1,2); b) Simultaneously and/or subsequently intro- ducing a pressurized fluid into the melt, so that the melt which has been introduced into the molding tool (1, 2) is distributed in the cavity and is pressed against the walls of the molding tool (1, 2), the pressurized fluid being conducted from a pressurized container (5) into the melt, and the pressurized container (5) being supplied with fluid by a compressor (7) which contains a drive element (6); c) allowing the molded part (8) to cool; and d) relieving the cavity of the pressure of the pressurized fluid. According to the invention, the drive element (6) of the compressor (7) is maintained at a temporally constant power level (P) at least over the production of a large number of plastic objects. This power level is advantageously calculated from the ratio of the work (W) which must be done by the drive element (6) in order to furnish an amount of pressur- ized fluid that is needed for a certain number of plastic objects over an associated total cycle time (T), relative to this cycle time (T). As a result, the drive element (6) operates continuously, which results in favorable energy conditions and lower wear.
L'invention a trait à une méthode de fabrication d'objets creux en plastique à partir d'un matériau thermoplastique. La méthode comprend les étapes suivantes : 1) injecter le matériau en fusion dans la cavité de l'outil (1, 2); b) introduire simultanément ou subséquemment un fluide sous pression dans le matériau en fusion afin qu'à l'injection dans l'outil de moulage (1, 2) le matériau soit réparti dans la cavité et pressé contre les parois de l'outil de moulage (1, 2), le fluide sous pression est conduit du contenant sous pression (50 jusqu'au matériau en fusion, et le contenant sous pression (5) est alimenté en fluide par un compresseur (7) qui comprend un moteur (6); c) laisser refroidir la pièce moulée (8); et d) éliminer de la cavité la pression associée au fluide sous pression. D'après l'invention, le moteur (6) du compresseur (7) est maintenu à un niveau de puissance constant dans le temps (P) au moins pendant la production d'un nombre important d'objets en plastique. Ce niveau de puissance est calculé de manière favorable à partir du travail (W) que doit accomplir le moteur (6) pour fournir la quantité de fluide sous pression nécessaire à la fabrication d'un certain nombre d'objets en plastique au cours de la durée totale du cycle correspondant (T), par rapport à la durée du cycle (T).
