The invention relates to a method and a device for fixing and/or stabilising a sample. Biomolecules and tissues are stabilised or fixed, i.e. preserved. Biomolecules to be stabilised are especially DNA, RNA and proteins. The aim of the invention is to improve the fixing and/or stabilising of biomolecules and tissues and to be able to analyse same in a certain form in a simplified manner. To this end, a sample is placed in a permeable container having a maximum height of 10 mm, preferably 5 mm. In order to achieve this, the dimensions of the sample are suitably defined first, for example using a scalpel. The permeable container filled with the sample is submerged in a fixing and/or stabilising means. As a result, the sample is fixed and/or stabilised. A permeable container having the above-mentioned height is provided for the invention.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour la fixation et/ou la stabilisation d'un échantillon. Des biomolécules et des tissus sont stabilisés et/ou fixés, et peuvent par conséquent être conservés. Les biomolécules à stabiliser sont notamment l'ADN, l'ARN ainsi que les protéines. L'objet de l'invention est de pouvoir mieux fixer et/ou stabiliser les biomolécules ainsi que les tissus, et dans un mode de réalisation, les analyser facilement. Pour résoudre le problème, un échantillon est posé dans un récipient pouvant être traversé présentant une hauteur de construction maximale de 10 mm, de préférence de 5 mm. Pour ce faire, l'échantillon est d'abord dimensionné de manière appropriée, par exemple à l'aide d'un scalpel. Le récipient pouvant être traversé et rempli de l'échantillon est plongé dans des milieux de fixation et/ou de stabilisation. Ensuite, l'échantillon est fixé et/ou stabilisé. Pour résoudre le problème, un récipient pouvant être traversé, présentant la hauteur de construction précédemment citée, est en outre fourni.
