The invention relates to a method and a device for fixing and/or stabilising a sample. Biomolecules and tissues are stabilised or fixed, i.e. preserved. Biomolecules to be stabilised are especially DNA, RNA and proteins. The aim of the invention is to improve the fixing and/or stabilising of biomolecules and tissues and to be able to analyse same in a certain form in a simplified manner. To this end, a sample is placed into a permeable container having a maximum height of 10 mm, preferably 5 mm. The dimensions of the sample are suitably defined first by pressing an opening of the container into the sample. The permeable container filled with the sample is submerged in a fixing and/or stabilising means. As a result, the sample is fixed and/or stabilised. A permeable container having the above-mentioned height and a sharp-edged opening is provided for the invention.
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé et un dispositif pour fixer et/ou stabiliser un échantillon. Des biomolécules ainsi que des tissus sont stabilisés ou fixés et peuvent donc être conservés. Les biomolécules à stabiliser sont en particulier de l'ADN, de l'ARN ainsi que des protéines. L'objectif de l'invention est de pouvoir mieux fixer et/ou stabiliser des biomolécules ainsi que des tissus et, dans un mode de réalisation, de pouvoir réaliser des examens plus facilement. Pour atteindre cet objectif, un échantillon est placé dans un récipient traversant d'une hauteur maximale de 10 mm en particulier, de 5 mm de préférence. L'échantillon est tout d'abord dimensionné de manière appropriée en ce qu'une ouverture du récipient est enfoncée dans l'échantillon. Le récipient traversant ainsi rempli avec l'échantillon est immergé dans un milieu pour être fixé et/ou stabilisé. Il en découle une fixation et/ou une stabilisation de l'échantillon. Pour atteindre l'objectif, un récipient traversant, qui présente la hauteur mentionnée ci-dessus et une ouverture à arêtes vives, est en outre mis à disposition.
