The invention relates to a method and a device (1) for forming a workpiece (2) by application of a high internal pressure in a closed high-pressure forming tool (3). The workpiece is expanded by the fluidic high internal pressure created by a pressure generator and contacts the impression (9) of the forming tool (3). To improve process reliability during the forming of workpieces by application of a high internal pressure the invention provides for the high internal pressure to be applied in the form of a pressure pulsation.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif (1) pour former une pièce (2) par application d'une pression intérieure élevée, dans un outil de formage (3) à pression intérieure élevée. La pièce est élargie en raison de la pression fluidique intérieure élevée, exercée par un générateur de pression, et prend appui sur la gravure (9) de l'outil de formage (3). L'invention vise à améliorer la sécurité du processus lors du formage de pièces par application d'une pression intérieure élevée. A cet effet, la pression intérieure élevée est appliquée sous forme d'une oscillation de pression.
