The invention concerns a method for furnace-work production of a string rim (2) portion, which has been extruded on an object, in particular a glazing sheet (1), fixed in a treating station (E), which consists in producing in said portion an accumulation of initially shapeless material (4), which is given a final shape corresponding to the string rim (2) regular cross-section by means of a mobile tool (5), the possible excess material being forced back to be eliminated; producing the mass of material (4) by layering two extruded profile portions, the second portion being deposited after the die (D) has been displaced and repositioned. The invention is characterised in that advantageously the tool (5) is automatically aligned on the string rim (2), immediately after the accumulated material (4) has been extruded and on the travel path on the extrusion die (D), without displacing the object, and is brought into contact with said string rim. The invention also concerns a device specially suited for implementing said method.
Dans un procédé de façonnage d'une portion d'un cordon profilé (2), qui a été extrudé sur un objet, en particulier une vitre (1), fixé dans un poste de traitement (E), dans lequel on produit dans la portion concernée une accumulation de matière (4) initialement informe, qui est mise dans une forme finale correspondant à la section régulière du cordon profilé (2) au moyen d'un outil mobile (5), la matière excédentaire éventuelle étant refoulée pour être éliminée, on produit la masse de matière (4) par la superposition de deux portions de profil extrudé, la deuxième portion étant déposée après déplacement et repositionnement de la filière (D). Avantageusement l'outil (5) est, selon l'invention, automatiquement aligné sur le cordon profilé (2), immédiatement après l'extrusion de la matière accumulée (4) et la poursuite du trajet de la filière d'extrusion (D), sans déplacer l'objet, et est amené en contact avec ce cordon. Il est aussi décrit un dispositif spécialement approprié pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
