The invention relates to a method for garnishing food products, wherein the garnish ingredients are heat-sealed in bags or bag strips (1) between two film strips (1u, 1s) and are added to the basic product (2), said bags are emptied over the basic product (2) by tearing the film strips (1u, 1s). The film strips are torn in accordance with the direction of feeding (1e) of the bag strip (1) by initially deflecting (1f, 1g) the bottom film strips (1u) and then top film strips (1s) at an acute angle that is as close as possible to an angle of 360~. This deflection occurs successively along a horizontal line or a line only slightly deviating from the horizontal line, wherein the same geometric position of the ingredients (1d) inside the bag (1a) and a mark on the surface of the basic product (2) or a support are reconstructed.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour garnir des aliments, ledit procédé consistant à acheminer au produit de base (2) les ingrédients de la garniture, scellés entre deux bandes de films (1u, 1s) dans des sachets ou des bandes de sachets (1), puis à vider ces sachets sur le produit de base (2) en déchirant les bandes de films (1u, 1s) ; pour ce faire, on déchire les bandes de film, en déviant (1f, 1g) tout d'abord la bande de film inférieure (1u) puis la bande de film supérieure (1s), selon un angle aigu le plus proche possible de 360· par rapport au sens d'acheminement (1e) de la bande de sachets (1). Les bandes de film sont déviées l'une après l'autre le long d'une ligne horizontale ou d'une ligne s'écartant seulement légèrement de l'horizontale, la position géométrique des ingrédients (1d) dans le sachet (1a) correspondant ainsi exactement à la position qu'ils occuperont sur la surface du produit de base (2) ou d'un support.
