A method and device for guaranteeing an authorised and process-optimised use of semi-finished pieces for product generation in a production unit are disclosed. In order to guarantee that semi-finished pieces not released for production or similar cannot be processed unknowingly, said method comprises the following steps: reading calibration data for calibration of the production unit to the semi-finished pieces for processing and reading the data on a given maximum number of products to be produced (maximum number) from an external storage medium supplied with the semi-finished product, calibration of the production unit according to the calibration data for the delivered semi-finished products, programming the production unit to the maximum permitted number of products with the best possible calibration, comparison of a number of produced products since an authorised starting point (actual number) with the maximum number and issuing a message on the maximum number being exceeded by the actual number.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de protéger l'utilisation autorisée et optimisée en termes de processus de demi-produits dans le cadre de la fabrication de produits dans une installation de production. Afin de veiller à ce que des demi-produits ou similaires non autorisés à être produits ne soient traités par inadvertance dans une installation de production, ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : sélectionner des données de calibrage pour calibrer l'installation de production en rapport avec les demi-produits à traiter et sélectionner les données dans un support d'information extérieur fourni avec le demi-produit, sur un nombre prédéfini maximal de produits à fabriquer (nombre maximal) ; calibrer l'installation de production en fonction des données de calibrage des demi-produits fournis ; programmer l'installation de production en fonction du nombre autorisé maximal de produits ayant le meilleur calibrage possible ; comparer un nombre de produits (nombre réel) obtenus à partir d'un instant de départ autorisé, avec un nombre maximal et sortir un message en cas de dépassement du nombre maximal par le nombre réel.
