The present invention relates to a method and to a device for injection molding plastic material, wherein the starting plastic material to be treated is first subjected to a pretreatment, wherein the plastic material is heated in a receiving container at a temperature below the melting temperature while constantly being mixed, and thereby at the same time is crystallized, dried and/or cleaned and/or the intrinsic viscosity thereof is increased. According to the invention, the plastic material pretreated in this way is transferred into a screw injection molding machine (10) having a screw (16) rotating in a housing (17) and being axially displaceable therein and/or acting as a piston, is plasticized in said screw, and molded into a molded part, for example a preform.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de moulage par injection de matériau plastique, le matériau plastique de départ à traiter étant d'abord soumis à un traitement préliminaire. Le matériau plastique est chauffé dans un contenant de réception en étant mélangé en continu à une température inférieure à la température de fusion, et ainsi cristallisé, séché et/ou nettoyé simultanément et/ou sa viscosité limite est augmentée. Selon l'invention, le matériau plastique ainsi prétraité est transféré vers un dispositif de moulage par injection à vis sans fin (10) comportant une vis sans fin (16) tournant dans un boîtier (17), pouvant coulisser axialement dans le boîtier ou servir de piston; plastifié dans ledit dispositif; puis injecté sous forme d'élément moulé, par exemple de préforme.
