The invention relates to a method for introducing bulk material into a metallurgical vessel, especially for introducing scrap into an arc furnace, which has at least one centrally situated electrode in an upper vessel part that is gas-tightly sealed by a lid. The bulk material is transported to the head of the metallurgical vessel in individual bulk material containers. The opening part of the bulk material container is connected to coupling parts of the lid. The bulk material is conveyed out of the container by conveying parts connected to the bulk material containers and introduced into the metallurgical vessel by access openings in the lid. In the case of a device that is suitable for carrying out this method, at least one ring-shaped part (16) of the lid (15) is rotationally connected to a lid drive system (51) in the lid plane. The rotating lid part (16) has at least one feed opening, through which the bulk material can be conveyed into the upper vessel part (11). The feed openings (16) are covered by coupling parts (31) which have a sealable wall (32). A bulk material container (41) which can be filled with bulk material can be coupled with the coupling part (31). The bulk material container (41) is connected to a conveying unit (42, 43, 44) by which means the bulk material can be conveyed into the metallurgical vessel (11) through the lid part (16), through the feed opening (17).
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'introduire un produit en vrac dans un récipient métallurgique, notamment de ferrailles dans un four à arc, qui présente dans une partie supérieure, fermée de façon étanche au gaz par un couvercle, au moins une électrode de disposition centrale. Le produit en vrac, transporté dans différents contenants, est amené jusqu'à la tête du récipient métallurgique. La partie entrée du contenant est reliée à des éléments d'amarrage du couvercle. Le produit en vrac est prélevé du contenant par des éléments de transport reliés aux contenants et il est introduit dans le récipient métallurgique par des orifices d'accès pratiqués dans le couvercle. Dans le cas du dispositif selon l'invention, au moins un élément annulaire (16) du couvercle (15) est relié pivotant dans le plan du couvercle par un mécanisme d'entraînement (51) du couvercle. L'élément couvercle pivotant (16) présente au moins un orifice d'addition (17) par lequel le produit en vrac peut être introduit dans la partie supérieure (11) du récipient. Les orifices d'addition (17) sont recouverts d'éléments d'amarrage (31) possédant une paroi verrouillable (32). Un contenant (41), pouvant être rempli de produit en vrac, est amarré à l'élément d'amarrage (31). Le contenant (41) est relié à une unité de transport (42, 43, 44) qui permet d'introduire le produit en vrac dans la partie supérieure (11) du récipient métallurgique par l'orifice d'addition (17) pratiqué dans le couvercle (16).
