ABSTRACT TO THE DISCLOSURE So as to rapidly introduce sterile objects (B) into an excess pressure isolator, the latter is equipped with at least one device including a slanted guide tube (38) whose lower extremity normally communicates via a door (18) which is normally closed. The objects to be introduced and protected by closed bags, are placed on a receptacle (40) situated opposite the upper extremity of the guide tube (38). This receptacle and the inside of the guide tube are scavenged by a clean air current derived from a ventilation box so that the sterile nature of the objects is retained when their bag is cut from the receptacle. This receptacle is then slanted so that the objects fall into the guide tube via gravity as far as a stop (50) situated close to the door (18). The objects are introduced into the isolator by retracting the stop (50) and opening the door (18). Figure 1. SP 6231 GP
