The invention relates to a method for the quantitative isolation of nucleic acids from a sample. According to the method, the sample is decomposed and a DNA mixture consisting only of random sequences is simultaneously or subsequently brought into contact with said sample in such a way that substantially all nucleic acids present in the sample are able to bond with the DNA mixture.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour isoler de manière quantitative des acides nucléiques contenus dans un échantillon. Selon ce procédé, l'échantillon est dissous et un mélange d'ADN constitué uniquement de séquences aléatoires est mis en contact, simultanément ou ultérieurement, avec l'échantillon de sorte qu'une liaison de pratiquement tous les acides nucléiques présents dans l'échantillon puisse avoir lieu avec le mélange d'ADN.
