The invention relates to a method for joining metal elements (12, 24), especially elements of a gas turbine, corresponding joining surfaces (20, 22) of the elements (12, 24) being joined by inductive HF pressure welding. According to the invention, the first element (12) is displaced by a defined distance (W) in the direction of the second element (24), forced against it and maintained in said position while or after the welding surfaces (20, 22) have been sufficiently heated up. The invention also relates to a device for joining metal elements (12, 24), especially elements of a gas turbine, corresponding welding surfaces (20, 22) of the elements (12, 24) being joined by inductive HF pressure welding. The device (10) has at least one transport device for displacing the first element (12) by a defined distance (W) in the direction of the second element (24) or for displacing the first and the second elements by a defined distance (W) in relation to each other and for forcing and maintaining the elements (12, 24).

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour relier des éléments structurels métalliques (12, 24), en particulier des éléments structurels d'une turbine à gaz, la liaison de surfaces de liaison (20, 22) correspondantes des éléments structurels (12, 24) s'effectuant par soudage par pression haute fréquence inductif.
