The invention relates to a method for lining a pipe conduit (3) with a textile tubing (4) that adheres to the inner walls of the pipe conduit by means of an adhesive. According to a first aspect of the invention, the coated textile tubing is filled with a long pot life adhesive and the textile tubing is turned inside out while introducing it into the pipe conduit or channel. Substantially simultaneously with introducing the textile tubing a fast-curing adhesive is applied to the inner wall of the pipe conduit in as short a distance as possible to the end (9) of the tube moving through the pipe conduit. The introduced tubing is then subjected to an inner pressure so as to force it against the inner wall of the pipe conduit until the fast-curing adhesive between the tubing and the inner wall of the pipe conduit has cured. According to a second and third aspect of the invention, the pipe conduit is not filled with a long pot life adhesive. Instead, according to the second aspect, a textile tubing is used that has been impregnated thoroughly. According to the third aspect, a coated tubing is used. The pressure required for forcing the textile tubing against the pipe conduit is so high that the fast-curing adhesive fills out the fabric completely without trapping any air. According to the fourth and the fifth aspect of the invention, the textile tubing is simply filled with an adhesive under conditions under which curing does not at all or only slowly take place before the textile tubing is introduced into the pipe conduit. The conditions required for the adhesive to cure quickly are created not before the textile tubing has been turned inside out.
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de revêtir une conduite (3) avec un flexible en tissu (4), qui adhère aux parois internes de la conduite au moyen d'un adhésif. Selon un premier aspect de cette invention, le flexible en tissu est d'abord rempli d'un adhésif à longue vie en pot, puis le flexible est introduit dans la conduite ou dans le canal en étant retourné. Quasiment simultanément à l'introduction du flexible, un adhésif à durcissement rapide est appliqué sur la paroi interne de la conduite, à une distance la plus petite possible de l'extrémité (9) du flexible qui se déplace à travers la conduite. Le flexible introduit est ensuite soumis à une pression interne, afin de le presser contre la paroi interne de la conduite, jusqu'à ce que l'adhésif à durcissement rapide, se trouvant entre le flexible et la paroi interne de la conduite, ait durci. Selon un deuxième et un troisième aspect de cette invention, la conduite n'est pas remplie d'adhésif à longue vie en pot. A la place, selon le deuxième aspect, un flexible en tissu complètement imprégné est utilisé. Selon le troisième aspect, un flexible revêtu est utilisé. La pression nécessaire pour presser le flexible en tissu contre la conduite est si élevée que l'adhésif à durcissement rapide remplit complètement le tissu, sans inclusions d'air. Selon le quatrième et le cinquième aspect de cette invention, le flexible est simplement rempli d'un adhésif, dans des conditions dans lesquelles un durcissement ne se réalise pas du tout ou ne se réalise que lentement, avant l'introduction du flexible dans la conduite, et les conditions permettant un durcissement rapide ne sont crées qu'après retournement du flexible.
